When I launched this company, I envisioned a future where environmental service professionals are not only trained and skilled—but valued, respected, and recognized as essential protectors of public health. St. John’s EVS Solutions was built to support that future.

Why We Exist

After more than two decades working in staffing, recruitment, training, and management, I saw a clear need: Organizations needed better-prepared EVS teams—and EVS workers needed stronger pathways to success.

With experience across both non-profit and for-profit sectors, and certifications in Surgical Cleaning, Custodial Techniques, and OSHA Training, I founded this company to bridge that gap. My academic background in Community Health Education and Industrial Organizational Psychology further shaped our approach—combining health science with human-centered workforce development.
